The beachside restaurant offered exquisite dishes, and the breakfast was generous. The hotel was in an amazing and stunning location close to the city center and the main restaurants/bars of Chaweng.
Some people working there were not so nice.

Amazing, fantastic location in the very lively area. Local a restaurant and restaurants in walking distance. Savoury and large breakfast with a huge variety of hot/cold dishes. The pool area is amazing too. Clean nice facilities, parking nearby.

The location was absolutely perfect and amazing and the room was fairly clean. You could walk to a market and chemist's. Had the grand deluxe villa which was air conditioned with lovely raised terraces

We had an incredible stay at Samui Paradise Chaweng Beach Resort, Sha Plus. The hotel is situated in a tranquil location at the end of a beautiful long beach, surrounded by lush gardens. The bungalows were spacious and stylish, with modern bathrooms and private terraces. The restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices, and the a la carte breakfast was a great way to start the day. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay.

Stunning and lovely location in the best restaurants of the island, in the lovely quiet area. Charming little and well-appointed room and spacious bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and terry dressing gowns.

The stay here was really really nice in terms of customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the junior suite with big bathroom. The staff were superfriendly and affable day and night.

Hotel`s territory is a real tropical garden. Wonderful sandy beach and nice pool. Very good location - not far from Chaveng center with all its tourists entertainment but at the same time far enough not to hear loud music and see crowds of people. Very friendly staff

Quiet resort grounds, lush vegetation within the resort, clean beach, quiet beach (no jet skis), very good restaurant.
Front Desk. They are extremely slow at responding to email. Many follow-ups are required, even a 'phone call was needed to point them to email! When I got to the Hotel I realised why this might be. Almost all the people seated were facing screens and they looked as if they were surfing the web instead of "working"!
